Right of Withdrawal

Products with VAT Margin
The margin regime applies to used goods, antiques, and works of art or collectibles. Those adopting this regime must specify on the invoice that the operation falls under Art. 36 of Legislative Decree No. 41/1995. The invoice is mandatory, and in the case of a private purchase, a tax code and identity document details are required. For companies, a VAT number is necessary.

 

Export of Antiques and Artworks
According to Legislative Decree January 22, 2004, No. 42, the Code of Cultural Heritage establishes the rules for the international export of artworks. The export of works by living authors or works less than 50 years old is allowed. The export of older objects with potential cultural value is subject to ministerial authorization. Coradi Rare Finds will handle the process to obtain this authorization if necessary.

 

Legal Terms

The terms and conditions of Coradi Rare Finds are stipulated in accordance with Italian and European regulations.

In case of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the Customer may contact a consumer association for an amicable solution. Alternatively, they may contact any other mediation service of their choice. It is also possible to resort to the European Small Claims Procedure. The search for an amicable resolution will not interrupt the enforcement period of any warranty.

Any dispute without an amicable solution will be subject to conflict resolution under the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country, governed by Italian law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.

 

Conformity Rights
The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), articles 128-135, establishes the obligation for the seller to ensure that the purchased goods meet the characteristics and quality promised.
The seller is therefore liable for any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery for all products sold. A lack of conformity exists when the product:

Is not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are ordinarily intended;

This procedure may be initiated if the consumer, after submitting a complaint to the company, has not received a response within 45 days or has received a response deemed unsatisfactory.

Any dispute without an amicable solution will be subject to conflict resolution under the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country.
